The current business environment is characterized by high competitiveness and professionalism. This has been caused inter alia by the requirements of our customers. That is why the Customer/Prospect Service Centres take on greater importance in the daily work of organizations.
To do so, we manage small centres with 2/3 positions to high-capacity centres with more than 50 dedicated posts.
We also collaborate with customers in addressing the calls that the call centres cannot manage (overflow calls).
